traVERSUS
This anthology of three games are designed specifically for player-vs-player (PvP) gameplay over ad-hoc local networks created by the players. These games are meant to be played by passengers in a car, train, plane, etc. where players can be in close enough proximity to each other to form a private network.
All three games are in various stages of completion and ready for you to try. Your feedback is welcomed!
Cows (1–2 players) takes the game we used to play in the car as kids long before smartphones — and puts it on your smartphone. Perfect for long drives through rural areas: each player takes a side of the vehicle and counts how many cows they pass. The player with the most cows wins. However — beware of graveyards — if you pass one, you lose all your cows and have to start from zero.
Make sure you check the “How to Play” screen for more detail and a few surprises to discover along the way.
Queen’s Duel (1–2 players) streamlines the playing board and strips chess down to its core mechanics. It gets you into PvP action right away while adding magical power-ups to the mix for a fast-paced battle between the forces of light and darkness.

Fibber’s Bluff (2–6 players) is the newest addition to the anthology — a social bluffing game with the style of a 1940s crime-noir detective story. Each round, one player draws a prompt that could go anywhere — “My favorite Kool-Aid flavor is…” — and decides whether to answer with the Truth or a Lie, then tells their story aloud. The rest of the table plays detective, interrogating the storyteller before wagering points on whether they bought it. Convincing liars and sharp-eyed detectives both come out ahead.
All three games are playable right now in TestFlight. Come try them out and tell us what you think.
